Recently, the first 5G+ black-light intelligent yard transformation project of Guohua Investment, undertaken by Shanghai RockBot Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully completed, becoming the first yard of Guohua Investment to achieve this innovative model.
Recently, the first 5G+ dark-light intelligent substation transformation project of Guohua Investment, undertaken by Shanghai RockBot Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully completed, becoming the first substation of Guohua Investment to achieve this innovative model.
In the upgrading process of this substation, RockBot Rk-611 wheeled inspection robot and RK-681A track inspection robot played an important role. These intelligent robots, with their advanced technology and excellent performance, replaced traditional manual inspection and realized remote intelligent security control.
Through the integration with 5G technology, the inspection robots can transmit high-definition images and data in real time, ensuring comprehensive monitoring of the substation. They work together with other intelligent terminal sensing devices to jointly build a comprehensive security system and automatic inspection system with full-equipment linkage, providing reliable guarantee for unmanned operation of the substation.
The application of RockBot products has enabled Jiushan Wind Farm to achieve improvements in personnel behavior management, equipment status management, and data empowerment management. At the same time, the completion of the 5G+ dark-light intelligent substation also marks a major transformation of the operation and maintenance model, from traditional manual routine inspections to remote intelligent unmanned inspections, and substation security from on-site security guards to three-dimensional visualized comprehensive security. The management model has also changed from unmanned duty and few-person duty to unmanned duty and regional integrated control.
