Shanghai RockBot Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2002, has a registered capital of 50 million yuan and is headquartered in Wuning Science and Technology Park, Shanghai. The equipment production plant is located at No. 1517, Gangyuan Sixth Road, High-tech Zone Export Processing Zone, Jinan, Shandong Province, covering a total area of 3,000 square meters. It is a high-tech enterprise mainly providing customers with intelligent inspection products and comprehensive application solutions.

RockBot Company grasps the pulse of the times and technological progress, and based on the launch of the "Made in China 2025" and "New Infrastructure" plans, actively adjusted its organizational structure in 2016, focusing on two common core technologies: intelligence and reliability. Adhering to the development concept of "industrial manufacturing + intelligent innovation", it has strengthened R&D investment and, through continuous development, has successively launched a series of products such as intelligent inspection control systems, inspection robots, and online monitoring devices for power transmission lines. Business Scope

Shanghai RockBot is the first incubated enterprise of the Shanghai Institute of Robot Industry Technology. Based on the key technological achievements of the institute in robot design and artificial intelligence technology, it has successively launched a series of robot and detection device products, as well as artificial intelligence technology and information system solutions. The main products and technologies include:

1. Wheeled Inspection Robots: RK-611 wheeled inspection robot (single-station type), RK-612B wheeled inspection robot (centralized type), RK-613 wheeled ultraviolet inspection robot, RK-616A wheeled lifting inspection robot;

2. Track-type Robots: RK-681A track inspection robot, RK-682A track inspection robot, RK-681S solar-blind ultraviolet valve room robot, RK-681C track inspection robot (applicable to wind turbine cabins), RK-651 tunnel gallery robot;

3. UAV-based Power Transmission Line Inspection System: Visible light dual-field-of-view inspection control system, high-definition infrared detection system, ultraviolet leakage detection system, four-in-one leakage detection system (visible light, infrared, ultraviolet, laser), fixed-point UAV nest, vehicle-mounted UAV nest, etc.;

4. Online Monitoring Devices: Online monitoring device for lines, line video monitoring device (three spans), 4G/5G control ball, etc.;

5. Information Systems: Intelligent robot integrated control system, UAV autonomous inspection integrated control system, etc. The above technologies and products can be widely used in the fields of power, chemical industry, metallurgy, rail transit, bridges and tunnels, wind turbine cabins, etc.;

Quadrupedal Inspection Robot: The Rk60 intelligent quadrupedal inspection robot has strong environmental adaptability and large carrying capacity, and can carry payloads such as visible light, infrared, and lidar. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor complex scenarios such as power inspection, energy, and warehousing.

Shanghai RockBot has a high-quality R&D team. While closely tracking cutting-edge technologies in the industry, it has accumulated rich industry experience and can provide the most cost-effective system solutions according to different customer needs. The company currently has more than 150 employees, including 5 doctors, with more than 85% of employees holding bachelor's degrees or above, and more than 80% of employees being R&D and technical personnel. The company has a clear organizational structure, with the R&D department divided into software R&D, mechanical R&D, and hardware R&D, enabling the entire R&D process from robot body structure and hardware design, detection device R&D, artificial intelligence algorithms to information systems. Market Applications

Currently, Shanghai RockBot Technology Co., Ltd. is a State Grid-certified provider of inspection robot technology and products. Relevant technologies and products have been successfully applied in more than 40 substations in Hubei, Qinghai, and Xinjiang Power Companies under the State Grid, and more than 60 substations in Yunnan Power Company under the Southern Power Grid. At the same time, the company is actively exploring markets outside the power system industry, and has achieved intelligent inspection applications of robots in Baosteel Group steel plants, Hubei Xinyie Steel Plant, etc., receiving great affirmation from users. Meanwhile, the company actively cooperates with domestic universities and R&D institutions on scientific research projects, jointly built a power equipment special operation robot laboratory with the State Grid Ningxia Electric Power Research Institute, carried out R&D of a wheeled robot's degree of freedom precision displacement platform with Shanghai University, cooperated with Hitachi on the R&D of an intelligent recognition sensory system based on multiple dimensions, and carried out R&D of a big data collection and analysis system with Shanghai Electric Power Research Institute.
