I. Salary Range
Base salary: RMB 6,000-8,000/month (determined based on interview); Social security: Five insurances and one housing fund; Commission: Based on payment collection; Bonuses: Year-end bonus, transportation allowance, meal allowance, communication allowance, travel allowance.
II. Job Responsibilities
1. The company provides certain customer resources. Under the guidance of the market manager, maintain existing customers, develop new customers, and achieve the company's sales performance;
2. Collect market and industry information, and promptly introduce solutions;
3. Responsible for the implementation and coordination of product after-sales service, and promptly resolve problems encountered in the project;
4. Strengthen the maintenance of customer relationships with old customers and improve customer loyalty;
5. Responsible for project bidding document preparation, review, contract signing, and payment collection;
6. Responsible for tracking and promoting the execution of various contracts and ensuring payment collection.
